This program is designed to help you search and audit areas that will make your life more fulfilled to live a productive and meaningful life for the benefit of yourself and those around you. It comprises a 1 hour sessions a week to explore and time to implement each area on mental, physical, spiritual, financial and social relationships with a journal to document.
